"Quinn is very strong, smart and has the leadership qualities an NFL team seeks. His arm strength is solid, he’s extremely tough and is very marketable. On the down side, Quinn is not very mobile and seems to crack a bit under heavy pressure. He doesn’t shift his weight consistently when throwing, causing problems with his accuracy."
