5 Days of Outage

No cable, no internet, no explanation. Last Thursday our home internet/cable provided by Comcast went out. The last I was told, I had to wait until next Thursday for a tech to arrive. After getting ugly on the phone and being told I had to meet a tech at my home sometime today (essentially missing a day of work) I am back up. No tech showed up, I just happened to turn on the TV to check and bam. During the many calls I made since Thursday, I was given several reasons and I guess I should be glad it is working.

Update: Comcast calls at 9PM to reschedule service call. WTF?! It will take 6 months to get service back if there is ever a natural disaster in my area. God forbid.
