A free song to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS Pandemic is beeing offered by Anni Lennox at Amazon. Created to raise awareness of Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, which happens to be today, Annie Lennox is offering her song "Sing" for free on Amazon MP3 through Monday, March 17.
Hoping to help draw attention to the HIV/AIDS pandemic-- most especially focusing on the country of South Africa, where women and children are most badly affected-- and to support the grass roots organization Treatment Action Campaign, Lennox enlisted 23 of the world's most famous and talented singers to join her on "Sing," a song from her solo album Songs of Mass Distruction. That A-list group of guest artists includes Madonna, Celine Dion, P!nk, Shakira, KT Tunstall, Dido, Faith Hill, Fergie, Sugababes, Beth Orton, Bonnie Raitt, Martha Wainwright, Joss Stone, Anastacia, Melissa Etheridge, Angelique Kidjo, Beverley Knight, K.D Lang, Shingai Shoniwa, Gladys Knight, Isobel Campbell and Sarah Mclachlan.
