It's only a guess about seated Rose & Thorn with the tattoo. There isn't any official word anywhere yet.
Someone wrote that DC Universe women would wear leggings, jeggings and tights similar to the new Wonder Woman costume. I really thought that was a joke, but it looks to be true by this cover art.
